I was a little nervous about going to the Baftas – particularly since it was red carpet, lots of stars, and our production company Many Rivers Films had been nominated for Best Drama. But Alia-Michelle made me look serene – understated, sophisticated, younger (I hope).
The look lasted all night, withstood the bright glare of the lights, and when it was announced that we’d won I still looked gorgeous.

I had my make up done for my graduation, after consultation about the look I wanted Alia-Michelle applied it to my exacting specification. This included false eyelashes, eye shadows and lipstick as well as an array of extras to suit my taste.

I was delighted with my transformation. The makeup felt light and I certainly didn't feel 'heavily made up'. which was the results I was hoping for, having not being used to wearing a full face of makeup for many years.
The makeup reflected the 1950's era ,with the emphasis on the eyes and lips. This was the look I wanted and I certainly wasn't disappointed. I felt like a goddess all day. even noticing a few admiring looks.
I would definitely recommend and use Alia-Michelle's services again. I learnt so much about mixing colours , techniques and how to enable my 'makeup' to last all day. which it did!
